CCUA President urges umpires to redouble efforts to elevate the standard of umpiring

Newly elected CCUA President, Azad Khan, in an eloquent address to the appreciative audience urged his charges to redouble their efforts to elevate the standard of umpiring in the SCA and across Canada.
